Description: Wrinkling pages might occur from the paper having trouble getting picked out of the tray or during the fusing process. If the wrinkling is occurring from the fusing process then when the page is stretched or opened there will be toner under the folds as the wrinkling occurred after the toner transfer process. So check the paper in tray as well as the pick roller and separation pad. Always try fresh paper for wrinkling issues first. If the fuser is the cause then replace it. Recommended actions: - If the wrinkling is occurring at the pickup area and making it through the printing process you will be able to stretch or open the page and it will have blank areas where the toner could not be transferred to. check the lead edge of the paper and check for indentations. This will show where the paper is hitting something that may be causing the wrinkling pages through the paper path.
- If occurring at the fuser area, replace the Fuser assembly.
