Sleep mode on

The printer is in Sleep mode. Any button press or receipt of data clears Sleep mode. 1. If the printer does not come out of sleep mode when either of the previous conditions are met you can reboot the printer. 2. Disable sleep mode. 3. Replace the formatter.
